Right in the central and populous corner of Prado and Neptuno, immortalized in the famous cha cha cha La engañadora, by music, composer, violinist and orchestra director Enrique Jarrin, we find a restaurant with that very name. Designed by prestigious Italian architect Roberto Gottardi, it presently servers recipes that represent the finest Italian culinary tradition. Some of its much-requested dishes are the homemade lasagna and the spaghetti a la carbonara, as well as such desserts as tiramisu, delicacies taken from the Italian culinary art, which is as varied as the regions in that country.
