Stake Bay

This island is marked by huge crags along a 19-km stretch with heights topping 43 meters high. Stake Bay is the capital of Cayman Brac, not exactly a huge city compared to a more cosmopolitan Georgetown in Grand Cayman, but packed with some spectacular natural attractions and several options at very affordable prices. There are comfy hotels and restaurants serving delicious food. This is the country's second largest city and a great location for camping out and trekking. The surrounding tropical seas offer a world full of adventures. The practice of all kind of sports is guaranteed, plus a long list of nautical proposals like riding the waves atop a windsurf board, taking scuba diving tours, sailing and other water sports where you could swim together with large schools of fish and coral reefs. Caves and small locations replace the enjoyment of the big-city life this city is virtually stripped of.
