Krystal Grand Hotels & Resorts’ expansion across Mexico is moving ahead with the debut of Krystal Grand Los Cabos, a 454-room all-inclusive in San Jose del Cabo.
Krystal Grand Los Cabos caters to families, couples and groups, with services and amenities including Balinese beds for lounging in one of the resort’s four swimming pools; Kids and Teens Club; fitness center; Eternity Spa; business center; eight meeting facilities; a gazebo for weddings; open areas for events; poolside snack bars and fine dining and casual restaurants.
Starting Dec. 19, 2017 Sunwing will introduce new direct service between Vancouver and Montego Bay, operating weekly flights through the winter season until April 17, 2018. Once the flights start Sunwing says it expects to be the only airline offering the route direct from Vancouver.
The tour operator already offers vacation packages from the city to Jamaica, however, this winter will be the first time that the island has been accessible via direct flights with Sunwing.
The Curacao Ports Authority has opened Tula Pier, the second cruise pier in Curacao.
Tula Pier is in the Otrabanda area west of St. Anna Bay. The second pier was built to keep pace with increasing cruise calls and to accommodate the cruise industry's largest ships.
For the first call, more than 3,000 passengers arrived at the pier on Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas on Nov. 13.
